High-performance steel academic exchange symposium was held in CISRI on March 10,2010. Prof. Dong Han, project chief scientist chaired the seminar and introduced the mission, the conent and the progress of the third-period 973 project, control theory and technology basic research of high-performance steel. Dr. K. Nagai and Dr. Y. Shinohara of Japan National Institute for Materials Science also made academic reports. Both members had in-depth discussion on academic issues of common interest. Over 20 researchers of CISRI attended the symposium.
