CISRI carries outresearch and development of high-end engineering structural materials such as high-performance steel for ships and marine engineering, steel for energy and petrochemical and steel for transportation and construction, research and development of basic key technologies such as microalloying technology, material thermodynamics/dynamics technology, corrosion protection technology, material database and welding technology, as well as application evaluation, inspection and accreditationof high-end engineering structural materials and related services.
